I was still counting calories on Keto, mainly because I would eat things like sweets with low sugars, but the fact that they still contain sugar/carbs means I had to keep track to keep it to a minimum. Now on Carnivore, I eat only meat, eggs, butter & salt, so I don't bother keeping track of calories. It's much easier this way to live.
