Time for a yoga challenge!
For every 10 sats I get zapped over the course of today (on any post) I will do one sun salutation, with no upper limits caveats or restrictions 🧘♂️💪
Currently -35 degrees outside in Fargo, a perfect opportunity to not whiny bitch and go get my morning cold exposure 🌤💪❄️
I'm a bit similar to that, even if I'm reading like 8 books in tandem I always keep it to 1 fiction so I'm not hopping around to different stories. (I love fantasy too)
I'll read a lot of different topics that allow me to bounce around more.
For example, over the last few months I've had bitcoin, macroeconomics, chess, psychology, and diet related books all going at once. I'll finish them all, but just pick up whatever topic I'm most into in that moment.
I've gotten up to 8 before, I just like to embrace whichever I have the most curiosity around in each moment as I feel that the learning efficacy is higher that way.
It seems kind of crazy, but I still finish about 35 books a year that way 🤷♂️
Anyone else on Nostr read like six different books in tandem? Currently in a debate with my wife deciding if I'm the weird one or not.
Carnivore had been the most useful tool I've ever found to fix it. I used to have severe eczema and now it's basically gone and I'm running around shirtless whenever the sun is out 🌤
Cold exposure was a big help for me too
I love putting a little bit in my burgers or tacos. My wife, who is pregnant right now and doesn't like the taste, even finds this to be a great way to eat it.

Today I'm grateful for supply chains and free markets.
I walk through the grocery store and see fresh fruits and vegetables from different areas all over the US. Novel foods I can try from different countries around the globe, each transported across oceans. All perfectly timed and supplied, not by a single entity, but by individuals following their own incentives around the planet. It's easy to walk by the colorful rows of the grocery store and not see the countless human hours and systems it takes to make these luxuries available to us, but today I choose to see it for the modern marvel that it is and and am just a little bit more appreciative to be a human being living in this time of bounty.
