Pepe the frog is now nearly 2 decades old starting with the sad faced "feels good man".
It rose to prominence with reuse through 4chan and was at times heavily used for naziism, rscism and other stereotypical tropes to the point that the rascist ADL declared it a hate symbol when many supporters of Trump were using it.
In the past few years its found other uses, from the everyman trope, to being based and more. A common theme is in reference to greetings and signoffs such as GM and GN.
The various forms of pepe are like a luvable plush doll and fit into many scenarios
i think its typical pandering vote buying and such promises cant be fulfilled
i wouldnt use it, and Id want it made abundantly clear in my client if i was dealing with a playground post
