Bitcoin is the scarcest asset in the world. But let’s give some context for the next two commonly used stores of value.
1% of all gold is about 2,000 tons. That would equal over $138 billion dollars. It would require a basketball court sized vault with gold bars stacked on one another 3 feet high.
1% of all real estate would equal about $3.8 trillion. But what would it look like to own 1% of all prime real estate?
Take the area of Alaska, fill it with 2,000 New York City’s worth of real estate.
