i started two days ago with zapping, only 10 minutes. Spent yesterday in bed, terrible headache and some vomiting later. Will do it again today but if the result is the same, i have a zapper for sale :)

What i mean is the format of showing the other nostr posts inline in your post, that creates one incredibls long post which i just want to scroll over, TLDR. Maybe something like the format of nobsbitcoin would be better usability wise.

Thank you, i am feeling great and i am on day 10 right now. I had a pretty clean diet the last 10 years already (no processed food, no sugar, no grains, little alcohol, but too much caffeine). I had one day of diarrhea but that was it. Maybe it will come - i will see.

To me it appears the sensitivity of my body increased a lot. I do 1 little espresso together with a liter of water during the morning in a nice little cafe in a harbor nearby though - not perfect but as i understood that only might become a problem when the cells are detoxing and hydrating or when i use the blood zapper. There are other zappers but they are in the same price range.

The SOTA one can also generate coloidial silver, so i will get that one. healthrange.co.uk also has some but the shipping issue will likely be the same. If you are experienced with electronics or have a friend who is - check out bobbeck.com, he invented that thing and has the circuits including part lists online, so you can build it yourself. With the viruses its really strange, in his book he referers to them several times, also refers to some dude who built a optical microscope which had such a high resolution that you could see viruses live. Gets my brain into cognitive dissonance :) I am waiting for an answer from him.

i agree with you, likely he is a genius ( or partially nuts, or both - my final conclusion hasnt been made yet).. I went down the rabbit hole a lot in the past 10 days or so, having spent about 20-30 hours with his teachings.

he is too controversial to be accepted by the vaccinated sheep population for sure. I wouldnt claim the virus and conspiracy stuff i were him, makes peoples brain shut down too fast and reject everything, no matter if true or not. but thats me (and my marketing point of view).

if you have read his book "owners manual for the human body", in the part about vaccinations, he says that there are indeed viruses which caused warts for example - i dont get how that fits together with his claim "there are no viruses". Good thing is, he is very responsive on his mails and i will ask him.

I also do the SHP since about a week, have to say i feel fantastic. I noticed that small amounts of alcohol affect me strongly now, a small glass of white wine with the meal yesterday and i had to stop, went to my head too quickly.
