There is no such thing as randomness. Anything that has too many factors for us to interpret we attribute randomness to. for example, rolling a die or flipping a coin seem random but if we were aware of all the factors at play it would be possible to calculate what the coin or die would land on. The same is true in all things, peoples actions may seem random to us but it is simply because there are too many factors at play. Where does this leave space for free will, you ask? It doesn't.

in my opinion, religion is a means of aligning the masses under a common framework. this centralizes power, but it is a natural phenomenon which functions to impart ethics and bring together community. While there are many obvious logical faults in all major religions, I believe they are a net positive for humanity. People need something to believe in, I increasingly believe that we need a "church of satoshi" where people can come together to exchange ideas connect on common values without dogmatically embracing views from a book written by people who didnt have toilets.
