I think finding another enjoyable activity or group activity would be more constructive then the dating apps. All the young fellow's I work with that areone them treat it like a lolly shop. Plus don't want to commit because the grass is always greener on the other side. Some guys on them are good. Might be hard to filter through. Seems like a lot of young women aren't able to chose wisely.
We should all have access to good organic food of our choice. Some parts of the world they have to eat whatever they can get. A lot of foods seem to be addictive. Wheat and sugar for sure. We also have to watch our western way of thinking. We find out something is good for us so over do it. I do like the paleo diet because they are conscious eaters and avoid the processed and refined foods. People of action.
Where do you draw the line. Wheat, tea, coffee. I know ditch the heavily refined foods. A study of rats fed there proper diet. One group as much food as they wanted and one just enough to survive. Both the same foods. The group that had just enough to survive lived much longer then the other.
Do what you love to do. You will meet someone along the way.

I have graphine OS. Very happy with it. Only 4 months in so lots to learn about it still. It does seem to make me feel more liberated from power.
