I wrote a simple mapscript in Lua that applies a quick spherical shading to a circle. Several noise inputs are then blended together in the code, stacking layers of gradient noise, finishing with clouds composed from 3 layers of noise.
It is easy to plug in your own favorite gradient noise into my mapscript, such as Perlin or Worley noise. The filter comes with 20 presets.
No AI, just traditional procedural generation.
