事実かどうかじゃなくて、公益通報かどうかが争点じゃ無いのか？ 公益通報でなければ、事実かどうかはどうでも良くないか？

But somehow, I ended up having to take an HTML coding test on a plain, bare-bones Mac text editor with no features whatsoever.
