I don’t know what to think. Carnivore really seems to help people thrive, but I don’t know if that’s because that is what is best for us or if it’s because most people who try it are detoxing from years of garbage food.

It seems like you can find examples of historical people all over the world with completely different mixes of dietary make up who were strong and resilient. If there is one thing about animal foods, it does seem to make people taller over time. Especially beef and milk.

That’s going to be interesting

I’m a big fan of etymology so super excited to listen to someone’s perspective who knows the field, but might have a differing opinion

Very cool thank you. Immediately interested that is his bio he says he translates ancient Pali and Greek.

About half the country uses iOS.

By taking the time to learn about what privacy focused apps are available as well as a configuring a variety of settings and browser extensions, you can significantly improve your privacy from baseline.

For all the people who are comfortable using an android open source mobile OS I applaud them, but for the non technical people in my life I’m going to do what I can to help their privacy even a little bit.

I appreciate the recommendation. This is what I see when I look at the privacy information for that app. I don’t really have a way of knowing if they track device identifiers even if you don’t make an account.

Just looking through iOS app privacy labels for most all podcasting apps including podcasting 2.0 apps.

Almost all of them collect data on your activity. Some with data linked to you, some “not linked to you”.

I feel like the world needs a very simple iOS podcast app with no data tracking and no ads and no subscription. And decent UX/UX.

Podcasting 2.0 features would be a bonus, but we need to have the basics at least.

Does anyone know of one that already exists that fits all those requirements?

Looks interesting. Wonder how it compares with simplex
