Let me preface that my dreams usually have a sort of truth to them.

Dream from last night:

The family and I are on a distant mountain in a jungled landscape tubing through the rivers that flow through it. We make periodic stops to see ancient ruins built by ancestors from the same area. A symbol of the advancement of man, yet these manly powers have no force compared to nature itself. All of a sudden we look out to the ocean side and see a massive robotic like creature smash into the water causing a huge tidal wave. This Erupts in mass hysteria from the tourists and locals alike. Our group is able to make it back to the base camp and quickly turn on the news to only find that what we had saw was only a small glimpse of what was happening worldwide. I look around and everyone has a look of terror on their face. I grab my family, enjoying them in a family hug, knowing that whatever happens, we will be together.

It’s now your turn to use your imagination to conclude the story and its teachings because well …. I woke up. 😝

so in theory, if i send to your alby lightning address, it should create an invoice to pay to your node?

as this isnt leveraging keysends, they would either need to map the comment to that or itd be dropped i would think

I've been testing lnurl pay to different wallet types with messages

As far as custodial wallets go, Strike is by far the best for showing messages received in the notification tray. Also discovered that Jack and a few other accounts require 100 sats minimum for someone to lnurl pay them.

Next best is Wallet of Satoshi. The notification informs you of amount, but not the message until you open the wallet and view history.

After that, Fountain doesnt give notifications, but the message shows in wallet view but doesnt support emojis

Alby i rank after Fountain. It does support emojis, but the receiving side is buried with little reason for users to look at it.

What other wallets should i try out? And do you like receiving messages with sats or dont care? Would you fill out a survey with the promise of more sats at the end? How about watch a video where a QR code for an lnurl withdraw was interspersed within?

Yes he has to be online, but you can also receive money offline with another upcoming features "reusable invoice" but at least one person needs to be online.

You can set the parameters for this voucher, allowing for a lot of customization options such as intervals, the number of transactions, and minimum and maximum amounts. Once someone starts withdrawing, Lnbits takes care of those parameters.

I will be using Lnbits instance, I will put couple of extensions together using API and create a simple client for this functionality. Like what we did with zapit.live paywall.

This will be available on zapit, simple client for creating reusable voucher and reusable invoice. In simple word you can pay and receive money using pictures.

You can withdraw multiple times, but there will be a 10-second wait between each invoice.
