yeah, i do this already and would do it more, but it’s clunky. obviously would be better with npub exchange and some private relay to not leak DM metadata (and not waste relay resources)

I have still successfully been able to stay away from caffeine, pop, coffee, fast food. But as far as no sugar. I am giving up on that for now as I sit here and eat some chocolate. My goal right now will be to focus quitting milk. As it seems to adversely effect my stomach. Got 2 days in. Don't see any issue with this . I guess the main thing I find interesting is how much more addictive sugar is then caffeine. Thats my rant for today. Wish me luck ya'll 🧡💜
