Building something similar to this with nostr:npub1rhaxmxxgs5jkw4zesrptnwd5nrknh5lkaxnlzzegz9vphlgfdlqsjmej47 you can do most of this with strfry and policies. The policies can only allow certain Kind events. Like if want a relay can't delete notes from would filter out Kind 5 events. The other advantage is ability to set policies regardless of clients you use.
