Oh man the hospitality industry is crazy right now, we manage about 7 of our own properties not to mention others we manage for other groups. Its been a battle with short staff down the chain and filling in on the leg work. Its good though to get the hands dirty from executive work but man i feel for our GSR’s.

Too many steps, too many probabilities and just doesnt make sense. I think it was a purposeful play. Like constant reminder for everyone when they look at other systems that they are probably set up like that too. Brings things to light, just a hint or icing on the cake.
