um. maybe at 100k
This sounds like a nightmare! You’d encode all the stream in base64 in the content??
lol, I think that’s pretty funny
True, it stands for:

A second best. There is no second best crypto asset. There’s a crypto asset: it’s called Bitcoin, right? Right? There is no second best, OK? But, take all your money and buy Bitcoin…
I used to follow people on nostr because I knew them on twitter, yesterday I followed someone on twitter because i know them from nostr
Probably. But I also can't find proof that somebody can't put a server in between my phone and my server. https://security.stackexchange.com/questions/215155/how-does-tor-protect-against-mitm-attacks-between-the-client-and-relay-nodes
🤔 maybe you’re right
Yes you’re right. Tor fixes this. Look into it, I’m pretty sure we already have a few tor relays too. But it’s easy to set up a private one.
I see. Yeah DNS is not reliable. But, tor should work.
Doesn’t https / .onion take care of that?
You don’t need to trust the relays. Your client checks signatures and proof of work.
I’m not sure if bitcoin asics would work for nostr.. depends how specialized they are on blockheaders
Yeah exactly, you just pow for the highest bidder
lmao, no then you’ll just pay one of these asics to do pow for you.
yeah, that’s the human readable part
