This is magic… 🪄

Love the Sacred Geometry meme!!!

Nice!!! Nostr needs more pilots!!! 🪂

Now set up your lightning wallet so it can zap you some sats! ⚡️

For more clarity, the half truths I was referring to above were often about gold being a horrible store of value historically. Which is categorically untrue.

And the reasons he would state were misleading. (Always needing to be melted down to verify, etc)

Bitcoin is/will be superior to gold in every way if it stays decentralised and secure, but it’s never saw the need to be disingenuous about gold to make his points. Struck me that he likely has deeply rooted self-reflection/honesty issues.

I recognised the signs since I have/had the same shadow blindside in my make-up.

Agreed 🎯

He has always done this to some extent. Changing his tune based on his audience and telling half truths to make his point.

The most telling thing he said a few months back to me was “when I used to walk into a board room to tell people about Bitcoin ‘the digital currency’ I would loose most of them before I even started. But now when I tell them about Bitcoin ‘the hardest/scarcist asset in cyberspace’ I get their attention right away.

I think he views his mission as “Overton Window Shifter” and realises that he can’t be as brash as he was in 2020-2023 about the whole new world Bitcoin facilitates. A world that (to me) won’t possible have nation states in their current over reaching form. If at all.

Just my 2 cents.

Bitcoin is a Rorschach Test for where you are in your emerging ability to “see and hear” 🪬👁️💓🧬

Try and not judge others by where they are on their journey of “self” discovery. We will ALL end up in the same place eventually. As winding as that path may be 🙏🏻🧡😌

Brilliant! I’m on episode 4 of season 1 RIGHT NOW!!! 😲

It was craaaaaaaazy. I almost died out there a few years before in a swell half that size ☠️

15yr old local on a jet ski saved me 🙏🏻

My son and I have helped onboard about 7/8 in 2024.

Almost all Self Sov UTXO holders now, running own node(s)

And 4 of them are on Nostr! But they need to engage more 🤣

Many many others who showed no interest previously, now asking the right questions. 🤓

Let’s Goooooooooo 🏄‍♂️

My top surf pik for 2024 below. Glassy triple overhead day at Cloudy…. 🇫🇯

Was happy to watch live and not risk the beating on the reef. 😵

Pure “Signal” 🪬👁️💓🧬🦋

Im sure you are aware of Eckart Tolle.

I get so much out of listening and reading the “clear signal” from his work….🙏🏻😌

#Bitcoin was destined to be the most hated, the most lied about, the most attacked of all the alternatives.

Why? Because decentralization invariably means that practically nobody is going to get exactly what they wanted out of it.

People have *their* vision for it, and are certain that they are right and everyone else is wrong. This is why centralization is so desirable and things always trend that way.

People are belligerent, foolish, misguided, visionary, risk takers, and everything else under the sun. The whole point of #Bitcoin is that it won’t bend to any single vision. Therefore if your vision of it *requires* a major change, it’s got almost zero chance of happening.

Bitcoin is profound BECAUSE of its ability to work, to remain radically neutral and unchanging, amidst the never ending demands, false claims, shit throwing fights, attacks, and vitriol of a volatile and subjective human environment. Because WE don’t scale at a social level, a global and immutable consensus system is the most important technology in the world.

————————

In other words, it was inevitable that everyone who loved bitcoin but didn’t get their way, to end up hating it more than even the Peter Schiff’s of the world, because to them it was “hijacked” by never giving them the change/feature/vision that they had for it.

This is why “stay humble” is such an important part of the bitcoiner mantra. Humble in the face of realizing that you can’t just tell Bitcoin to do what you want it to. That you will fight a never ending, losing battle if you **prescribe** what it is, rather than observe and work within its restraints.

In that way, Bitcoin is very much like “the truth,” it’ll set you free but it’ll piss you off first.

Brilliantly said brother 🙏🏻😌

Lyn just said out loud what I think you and I got to agreement on a few days back…..

I keep seeing people try to predict what the MSTR premium over NAV “should” be, as a valuation question.

However, the answer doesn’t truly exist, because it’s recursive. The current state of it is an input back to itself. It’s arbitraged, in other words. As long as there is a sizable premium, MSTR will continue issuing securities until demand is saturated for a period of time.

A high premium tells MSTR to keep issuing more securities, which in the long arc of time pushes the premium back down. A low premium tells MSTR to slow down or halt security issuance until a premium re-emerges.

And gm.
