I hear from more and more people that they are going new ways with their phones in terms of privacy. The new and I think better way is to split your identities with 2 different physical devices. One is your real life phone and the other one is your privacy phone. You have less stress with running normie apps on your real life phone and a privacy phone with a KYC'd sim card and banking apps on it is also not the best way.
The important thing is, you have to be aware what you are doing, if you have bad OPSEC a phone with GrapheneOS can't help you. You have to identify your threat model which is some work but it's important to work on it to reach your goals. Also important to know is that everyone has a different threat model, copy pasta something because some other guy said so is wrong and can bring you into troubles.
Best privacy OS for your privacy phone is GrapheneOS without a doubt.
If you think you gain more privacy with Cloudflare, you don't. Cloudflare is a really big problem for a free internet. They're are a big tech company and they know everything about your services.
I think most people are not aware of the issues.
But if you are okay with that, you can use their Nameserver services for easiness or their DDOS protection.
Let's see. Have to be a little bit careful to not doxx myself.

Here we go again.

If you seek #privacy & #freedom then look at https://kycnot.me/ for non kyc services like obtaining Monero or purchasing services like a #VPN like Mullvad or a VPS to host your own VPN

With Android OS you mean Google Pixel OS I guess. Right?
With that scenario Bitcoin has lost everything. Congratz to everyone who celebrates the merge between govs and Bitcoin and banks and Bitcoin.
Bitcoin goes exactly the same way, they've enforce full KYC. They don't invest billions of USD when they've no control over it. They will monitor every transaction very closely, tainted coins will be a hot topic next year. The lack of fungibility will show up then followed by all the privacy issues. Maxis celebrate the merge between govs and Bitcoin, they have lost the plot.
Monero is on chain, right. It has a block time of 2 min which is very good. But ag least your payment goes through, Lightning has no guarantee for that. The fees for Monero are super cheap, with LN you can have some super bad experience. You cannloose money with Lightning etc etc. So the tradr offs for Monero are much less. And LN will go down as soon as the whole infra will need licences and that will come.
You have Bitcoin and Monero. That's the options I guess. The rest will fall sooner or later because of regulations, scams etc.
For price go up a good thing. For opt out guys not the best as they will monitor more closely and it will get harder and harder with privacy. They don't invest billions of USD if they have no ckue what's going on and they've control it in one or the other way.
Use Monero instead of Lightning and ecash, easy. Non-custodial, no trust needed, fast and cheap.
I hear you. I use different devices for security reasons.
Good money doesn't need a hardcap and must be fungible. Monero has both characteristics.
I'm not sure if I like the Prime device. I like the Passport as it is. Reason is that I don't want to carry my life savings with me when I need 2FA for example. Another reason is that I don't want to have everything on one device. That's against a security threat model.
