🫂 In my last update shared almost 3 months ago I mentioned a challenging period when a wave of redundancies affected both myself and many close friends.
Its been difficult navigating the minefield of the hiring process that seems to be the norm now compared to the past, it’s been a stressful time but I’m now fortunate enough to say that I have secured a new position and I can begin to stress less and live more.
Employment aside and looking back now, the hardest pill to swallow over the last 3 months was the need to use my emergency fund to get by and not have the means to accumulate more BTC. I’m now looking forward to being able to top up the spent rainy day funds so that I can get back to stacking sats in the new year.
The good news from all of this is I didn’t need to loose any BTC during this time to survive 🤙

Question for anyone running bitcoin core, how soon after a release do you update? I’m still running the previous release 24.1 even though 25.0 was release back in May 🤔
Are you on iOS 17 beta? Damus has been crashing every 3-5 minutes for a few weeks on my device, I’ve just put it down to me running a beta OS 🤔
This happened a lot in the past, after the umpteenth time I told them I don’t want to have to call every week to get my transaction approved so it stopped for about 12 months but it looks like they may now be picking this practice/policy up again.
Bitcoin on ramp issues again, the bank rejecting a payment to an exchange until I call them and listen to their usual spiel 🙄
Come back up now, was a period of about 15 minutes in with buy/sell disabled. The only time I’ve seen this from #coinbase is during scheduled maintenance with plenty of warning in advance there was nothing just now.
Has #coinbase disabled buy/sell? Showing as view only market right now, wtf?
