I tried out a new type of burger today that ended up being great. Korean gochujang paste with the ground when making the patties. Pepper jack cheese, fried egg, and kimchi (Costco has pretty good stuff). I had some brioche buns leftover from the holidays but I probably wouldn’t use those in the future. #foodstr
