Here’s an update for the upcoming Bitcoin Atlantis runs honouring Hal Finney and marking the first Bitcoin Atlantis conference.
Run 1 on March 1st at 7:30am
Hal Finney Seaside Run
A social 5km out and back run/walk for all abilities.
Taking place on the morning before the conference starts, we’re expecting an orange sunrise to illuminate the island. Either way It’ll be an easy scenic seaside trail with stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean. Bring your shades.
Free. No need to register.
Run 2 on March 4th at 10am
Hal Finney Mountain Run
Run/fast hike along the stunning Pico do Areeiro - Pico Ruivo trail, to the highest point in Madeira.
This is a more adventures high altitude 12km route regarded as one of the most spectacular trails in the world.
Registration essential for a space on the bus. Tickets selling fast.
We have a great crew of volunteer run leaders: Esther, Godefroid, Jake, Vitus and myself. If you’re local to the island and would like to help, please do get in touch.
