Until today, all I have done is remove material. Tearing down is sometimes necessary, but banal and basic. Today, I have built up. It’s just one layer of paint, but it’s a step forward which feels very rewarding.

Turns out it almost certainly is. Fortunately, that thought came to me after clearing a small patch.
Even wearing damn good PPE, a dry wire wheel just kicks up too much crap to tolerate.
Time to go with a much more tedious wet sanding approach. 🫡
