What’s the best cold storage wallet?

I figured it out. This goes back to the Apple iCloud data leak in June. I guess I was a complete idiot and used Exodus’s iCloud recovery back up.

I kept getting notices that I was signed out from all my devices and had to reset my Apple password. It happened twice in August. The last time I changed my password for Apple was an hour after they liquidated my wallet.

Wow, apparently Exodus wallet is not safe at all. Someone got access to my private keys and liquidated all of my #BTC. There goes 3 months of savings, wow.

I seriously thought #Exodus was as safe as a cold storage wallet. So frustrated.

80,000 #BTC sold yesterday and the market absorbs it just fine. A few years ago it would’ve caused a correction.

Only in a fourth turning. During the next first turning/Spring we will be united again. As crazy as that seems now.

How do you describe #nostr to someone who doesn’t know #nostr?

Healthcare, which is the largest industry in the United States, is ripe for disruption by AI.

It diagnosed better than doctors and can read medical imaging better than most radiologists.

Probably the best personal advice I heard from Michael Saylor was on using Research mode more on AI to solve major problems or think through complex issues.

At the same time, I have to wonder about future generations and that we could be risking their ability to think through complex issues if AI thinks for them.

I think we have probably hit our peak in American life expectancy getting higher. As Gen X enters retirement age, I often see where a lot of them haven’t taken care of themselves and also have coped with different types of stress that other generations haven’t experienced.

They got hit with the financial crisis when they were entering peak earning years or early careers.

Now when they are in peak earning years they will be the first to be replaced with cheaper AI solutions in some workplaces.

Trump is just Nixon’s revenge farther down the big debt spiral.

That might be true for some, but surprisingly 18-30 year olds have been very willing to pay for financial advice and work with me.

I’ve seen quite a few advisors specializing in that.

As a financial advisor and CFP I can tell you that not all of us are ignoring it.

At the same time it is very difficult to navigate the ability to get people on board with the thesis of Bitcoin. Everyone experiences this with family and friends.

Aside from that, regulations just kill our industry, but that is shifting and will hopefully get better after this week with congress laying it out.

Unfortunately our financial system is like when Copernicus proposed that the earth revolves around the Sun. People who are trained by the system in the system cannot see outside of the system. That’s how all major changes take place.

It’s truly sad that it will take a crisis to move the world to an online ecosphere to be able to tell whats genuine and not.

#ai images and videos are going to create a problem. People already don’t trust the internet.

It won’t be long before every image, post, and video online has a cryptographic signature to verify authenticity. Without that, no one will trust anything in a few years.

So thankful platforms like #nostr exist
