I disagree. If the same conversations are happening people will get bored of the IG version too. Mastadon has the issue of being highly politicized whereas Nostr is focused on innovation. Hard to replace.
Thats actually a healthy percentage. BMI is tricky because it’s hard to distinguish bone/muscle/fat.
But definitely think if you “feel” healthy, you’ll project healthy and make good nutrition decisions.
