As the Trump presidency approaches it becomes increasingly apparent that Trump doesn’t understand or give a shit about Bitcoin, except to the extent that it got him votes. I’d be shocked if he actually spends the political capital needed to start something as significant as a US BTC strategic reserve.
I think he does the shitcoin stuff, pardons Ross and lays off some of the hostile regulation. All of this will let him say he showed love to the “crypto vote”.
All that said, I honestly love it. I hope he continues to dismiss the importance of Bitcoin.
