At tonight's gig in Pardubice. Someone was talking to me after the show about life before the revolution. Saying any concerts that were put on for more than a dozen people had to be authorized by the Government for fear of spreading messages of freedom. If the police heard about an illegal show, they would surround the building so no one could escape and then beat the crowd with truncheons, women too... It was quite a heavy conversation, but eye opening to hear it first hand. We both agreed most people don't realize what it means to have freedom of speech and though not to that extent, it's still heavily under attack today. We got talking about nostr and he said he'd read up on it. Hope he takes the purple pill!

I have, it looks awesome, but the question I'm asking is whether you can send small zaps to a non custodial wallet off the bat. My guess is no as you'd need to pay a channel open fee. Doesn't this defeat the utility of zaps..?
But someone couldn't download a fresh non custodial lightning wallet and receive a 100 sat zap. You can only do that with custodial wallets...?
