After spending over an hour on the phone with an operator, they can now make bank transfers. They had to justify some transactions they made abroad, what a joke 😵💫

Fortunately, they can still spend and receive. But they cant send transfers, they’ve been on the phone to their bank for over an hour now - having to justify their own transactions!
My parents bank account is currently locked and they’re unable to send out bank transfers!
