Ok but until people realize they shouldn't put it in their bank account, this challenge will be a huge hurdle. They keep asking the wrong questions.
It's akin to asking why someone living below your standard of living doesn't just buy more things to improve their situation. I'm not saying she's living in poverty, but why assume she's got access to funds? It's sounds like she's going through a tough time. Pour some gas on the fire and tell her to sell an asset she might not have.
