When I say I made it, I mean I ground my own beans (sourced from a local roaster), and pressed then in an espresso press, nothing flavored, no additives
I drank it daily for over 15 years. I stopped a couple of months ago and all I know is that I feel great without it. I drank mine black, but I can't even begin to explain how clear my head is these days. I wake up without craving it, my energy level throughout the day is very even, no spike and crash like before.
