If government overreach and inflation from C19 💩 didn't get enough folks to stop and question how it was all possible and conclude:

I've seen many people try to frame this separation of state and currency as anti government however IMO bitcoin is the most patriotic of all technologies as it allows restoration of a government for and by the people.

The issue is that they want all us #Bitcoin ers off Twitter as to slow down mass adoption. Don't fall for their trickery. It's important to help spread the word of #btc to the non orange pilled via main stream SM not to stay in NOSTR talking amongst ourselves wondering when #Hyperbitcoinization. I feel as though there's a huge myth that needs to be addressed in the #Bitcoin community. The myth that I'm referring to is the one that suggests that in order for Bitcoin to be useful or to succeed that one must spend their Bitcoin. That rumor couldn't be further from the truth in my opinion. The whole value proposition of Bitcoin is supply and demand so therefore as the dollar cost averaging army grows and folks continue to stack and hold in cold storage, we win that fight. And what we win is the separation of state and currency which effectively means that we have bought our freedom. Typically one would say that you can't put a price on freedom but in this case it looks as though you actually can.
#Bitcoin isn't for buying coffee yet. Its for buying freedom and that's only achieved by HODLing until the separation of state and money is complete. Until then, stack harder my brother!
L1 #bitcoin is the only true #btc as it's final settlement. Any large enough purchase should always be finalized on the base layer and IMO sent to P2PKH addresses that you generated yourself as to minimize trust in 3rd party wallets. Just my two #sats ✌️

1: Until NOSTR supports non custodial LN wallets we're more/less passing around unclaimed #sats and who knows how many there really are as most won't be withdrawn to L1 UTXOs pre #HyperBitcoinization .
2: We shouldn't abandon Twitter while the masses still need to be orange pilled and (unfortunately) this is still our main way to get them on board as this is where they play.

While that should definitely be the eventual goal, unfortunately we can't just abandon them just yet. We need to get the masses properly orange pilled and then purpled 1st and sadly the masses are still trapped in centralized social media world.

Wow. I'm really loving NOSTR and how awesome it is to be among several of my fellow Bitcoiners who are properly orange pilled. The zaps, the censorship resistant nature, it's truly been an incredible experience so far and an amazing glimpse into the future of what social media can (and IMO should) be. That said, I also recognize the need for us to continue our efforts in trying to reach the masses who are still on legacy social media platforms about why bitcoin is the best path forward for the future and freedom of humanity.
Whiie we should certainly try our best to get more people to NOSTR, let's not abandon all who are still marooned on the legacy social media platforms who need our help. Let's continue engaging them on Twitter and other legacy SM sites to help our fellow (yet be orange pilled) plebs into the new beautiful orange world that is possible with bitcoin and NOSTR!
PSA: You don't actually buy #bitcoin until you withdraw it from the exchange to addresses you control. It doesn't exist until that TX is confirmed on #btc L1. In fact until then, you are unintentionally suppressing the $ value of #bitcoin while the CEXs over sell their stack.
