I once heard they grow where people need them. The hawthorn often grows next to noisy streets, (but not always,) since there are driving stressed out people along. And hawthorn is supportive for the cardiovascular system 🫀

I’d benefit a lot from meditation since I have a really wild and busy mind. I am often lazy. But I think things like just listening to the sound of a forest for a few moments, can calm the mind very well. I think it’s not always about shutting the mind off, at least for me, sometimes it’s just listening somewhere peaceful and accepting what you think.
A breathing exercise after waking up sounds great. If you benefit from it, just do it when you feel like it! Well our bodies have different things to process everyday, so sometimes it can be really intense and helpful, sometimes it’s easy, sometimes you have no space to do it. That’s fine. No pressure with creating peace ✨
Maybe you had this experience because you had no expectations! Or this was a kind of conscious shift that happens once and changes you forever… 💫
I’m already seeing benefits from breathing exercises through yoga. I often forget to mindfully breathe there 😂🧘♀️

I tend to shallow breath when I’m annoyed or stressed. It was very eye opening to remind myself to deep breathe when I feel like this… 💪🏼

Movement was always part of my life. I did something called „guard dance“ when I was only 4 or 5 years old. I had my own horse and did tricks on it. I danced hiphop for a while and even tried myself in Taekwondo (for a short time) for a few years I did athletics and my favorite discipline was long distance running. I was crawling on trees like I couldn’t fall deep 😝 all of this is the reason why I’m still so agile.
I got lazy and this also made me mentally sick. Movement may be one of the most important things for my mental health. Movement makes me feel alive and I can fall asleep better 💪🏼 today I want to master myself in body strength/tension and agility. 🧘♀️ had to remember myself that I was actually a Sportskanone. Childhood preferences matter!
