I'm at my wit's end. I have to report this problem because I lost money this time.
It's a recurring problem with the app, and at first I thought it was my phone's version, so I bought a new phone and created my Nostr account like everyone else. I don't understand why the app stops working completely after every update and you have to uninstall and reinstall it before it works again.
- This time, I used a Primal wallet built directly into the app instead of an external wallet.
- Since it's my phone and my only account, I didn't think to copy my nsec login ID.
- I have money in the wallet, and now after the update, the app refuses to work. I had to delete and reinstall the app. As you can guess, everything I had in the wallet went up in smoke. I can see the account, but I can't recover it or my money.
The regular malfunction requires uninstalling and reinstalling. But it's my phone and my account. I don't think it's necessary to write down the nsec. Normally everything should be fine, but there you go. I wanted to mention the problem with this new account. I'm still in shock.
