The only esoteric view is listen to your body specially if you have a good intuition , anything that I previously stopped consuming from intuition ended up right after doc or research . Also anything industrially made is low vibrational . Now from the science perspective , you can’t know all the reaction that industrially made enzyme have with your body and the bacterial imbalance it causes . Maybe go for plant based milk ?
