Why wouldn't it just take over all the asics?
All the other components are essentially fixed cost, so you want to spread out their cost over as many asic chips as you can reasonably cool. While the individual chip efficiency would be the same, the efficiency of the whole device (cost/hash rate) for a nuc form factor would be way lower
You can, it just wouldn't be profitable. For example an s19 has about 230 asic chips. It probably wouldn't be difficult to stick 20 or so into a nuc form factor divice
Switch back to the plastic rectangles, it's a small price to pay. Eventually you'll be paying for everything with lightning anyway.

I don't see a distinction between saving and hording, other than hording sounds bad. People accumulating bitcoin increases it's value relative to everything else. It sends a signal to people who don't yet understand, that this thing is important and valuable and they should pay attention.
