This is a horrible note.

You don't know Taylor Swift. Maybe she just hasnt found the right husband yet to have kids with. Maybe she wants fame and money to better the world. Maybe she is quite mature if you got to know her. Yet we are not "healthy" if we are not repulsed by or condemn her behavior, or if we dont pity her for not finding the right man or for not giving birth?

Maybe we would be "healthier" as a society if we all starting judging and were repulsed by Jimmy Songs numerious appearances, interviews and posts on various social media platforms. I have seen a lot of that from Jimmy over the years, certainly not as much as Taylor Seift, but are you addicted to it Jimmy? Are you just altruisticly trying to educate the public on bitcoin, or is there some ego or self interest or some desire for fame in your social media interactions ?

Maybe Taylor is just like you, but is just more successful at communicating her message which is why she has so many followers. Maybe she will be a great wife and mother given the time. And maybe she quite a good mature woman who has brought massive value to the world so far in her young life.

I didnt get married until about Taylor Swifts age now, and we were unable to have children although we tried. Instead we pivoted and my wife and I now travel the world. If you "pity" me, well that is just sad, I have a great life, and try to bring value and love to all these I know. Of course I wouldnt, but someone like me could "pity" someone like you and others for not being able to live as free a life as I have without the constraints of children. How would you feel if we all had a different take than you and how YOU lived your life, and we pitied you for having children, condemned you for acting like a boring old "mature" man, and were repulsed by your attempt to gain such a big following on social media?

Judge Not Lest Ye Be Judged

A healthy society wouldnt pity or judge or condemn or be repulsed by someone based on the decisions they make and how they feel they want to live their best life, as long as they are not harming others.

yes right, didn't think about that, especially now that most investors in GBTC are in profit

yes right, didn't think about that

I don't think the outflows will stop until the trust is empty. Why would anyone pay the 1.5% fee when Grayscale has no competitive advantage over other ETFs, and now you can just click a few buttons to transfer to another ETF?

You could be right, and hope you are right so I have more time to stack a % of my income at relatively low prices.

I think there will be a persistent large supply from GBTC (some/much of it may not be converted back to bitcoin) that may be drained almost fully by the summer unless Grayscale drastically reduces fees. And there are probably still way too many high time preference levered traders who may lose their patience after seeing no big moves after both the ETF approvals and halving.

83k bitcoin at grayscale (13%) dumped in less than 2 weeks. No one will ever trust them again after milking this 1.5% fee. They could have generated a a $100M annual profit at a 0.3% fee. Instead I think the whole fund will be drained by the summer. #bitcoin #grayscale

Samson Mow: The people who don't think people bitcoin can reach $1M in days/weeks after ETF approval are in for a surprise!

Newbie into the bitcoin space: Samson said we are all going to be rich in a few days! He is an OG! Look at all his followers! Going all in!

ETF gets approved. 10 days later, BTC down 15% in price against the dollar.

Newbie: REKT!

Samson Mow: (after the fact brings out the disclaimer ) Just having fun guys!

Don't listen to me !

Of course, no reputational damage for Samson after continually making ridiculous erroneous predictions.

Me: Ugh.
