🇺🇸A “public event” is the President hosting a State Dinner, giving a Press Conference - in election years - it’s a rally.
It is objectively not important for a sitting President to make an appearance at the Super Bowl. What I said was while DOGE is being transparent, they ought to tell people the cost.
