Your #bitcoin stack is worthless.
What’s the point of having a fat stack of sats if the world around you is barren of beauty, freedom, and thriving communities?
Bitcoin is just money, even if it’s JUST money. It’s a tool, a means to an end, but what are you working towards? Why are you here?
It's fashionable in the bitcoin community to talk big about “generational wealth,” as if amassing a fortune and passing it down is the ultimate goal.
How about passing on the ability to accumulate skill and reputational capital—assets that grant the timeless ability to create value, regardless of the economic landscape?
If you have the skills to be useful to your fellow man, and if you’ve built a reputation as trustworthy and capable, you will never go hungry. Reputation and skill transcend the limitations of money. They are the true generational wealth.
Bitcoin is worth less in a world stripped of beauty, community, and purpose. It’s worth less if only hoarded rather than used to build, improve, and inspire.
Bitcoin is not worthless, of course. It’s the most potent money that ever emerged. However, it’s only as powerful as the world we build around it.
Don't leave your kids bitcoin. Leave them a legacy.

So, it’s not an ID but rather an anonymous access key.

#Bitcoin is not fair and it is certainly not “democracy money.”

Bitcoin is not “fair.” It just gives no shit.

What’s the use case for disposable IDs? Isn’t that an oxymoron?
Worse. It’s fiat af.

Dude, why do sensitive? I am not in a rush to do anything for anyone. I will keep using software that help me solve daily issues. So far nostr does not solve many issues for me, apart maybe to satisfy my curiosity for nascent tech. However I see big potential in the WOT application layers built atop nostr one day. That’s mostly why I still bother coming here even though clearly x is better (at least less hostile :D) for social media.
It's stuff like this why Twitter will continue winning over Nostr.

Traveling changed my life. It was the best investment I ever made, and I owe nearly everything I have to it.
In 2011, I was working a well-paid construction engineering job in Finland. I believed in paying taxes—until they asked for 50% of my earnings.
I burned out from the sheer realization of having become a slave.
I sold everything I owned, paid off my debt, packed all I had left in a backpack, and hit the road with a one-way ticket.
That was the most pivotal moment in my life: the realization that, for the first time in my life, I was free. I was forever #RuinedForFiat.
During the trip, I learned that what matters is being useful to other people and making your living that way. This breeds pride and self-esteem and, most of all, promotes agency: we are all free agents, but some of us choose to self-slave away. And it's a damn shame.
Work = being useful to others
Job = trading time for money
See the difference? I will never stop working, but I will never get a job. If you think in #bitcoin terms, there is no "Proof-of-Job."
Don’t get me wrong—a job can be useful, especially when young and inexperienced. However, a job is just a placeholder until you find what drives you and where your specialization lies. Moreover, if you have a job at 30, my humble opinion is that somewhere along the way, you fucked up.
Bitcoin doesn't even matter if you still have a job because bitcoin is freedom money, not a slave-friendly investment vehicle to provide you exposure to freedom with zero risk.
Look, I understand taking personal responsibility is scary, but you cannot have freedom without total accountability and responsibility. Only when the fear of losing anything no longer cripples you can you truly be free.
Freedom is a polar mindset; slavery has gradients.
Staking sats and staying humble is not enough. It's a poorly thought-out meme that keeps you pacified and locked in your nine-to-five. While you slave away to secure freedom for someone else.
Once you become free, everything else falls into place. You cannot buy yourself out of the #ratrace, not with #bitcoin or #fiat. You need to quit—QUIT NOW.
Use your accumulated skills and reputational capital to solve issues for other human beings and get paid in bitcoin (ideally) or fiat that you can convert into bitcoin.
Stop fooling yourself to justify your addiction to a monthly salary. Kick the destructive habit and fire your boss. Start walking the walk and wielding bitcoin with purpose. There is work to do, and the history won't be kind to slackers.
Peace, be well, my friends. ✌️
Building bridges. Quite literally.

YOP! tag away. This is a project that I will eventually make happen. Words need to be on paper, lest they aee subject to confiscation, destruction or the worst: alteration.

Accumulating money only makes sense if you already own your time.
Not sure who needs to know, but obsessing about others being bearish makes you the bear.
