The only reason the fed increased rates was to stifle inflation. They HAVE to get that under control but they know they need to get rates lower because the maintenance on the debt is absurd. They cant just drop too fast because it will spook the world markets if it looks like we’re panicking so they play fucking games like this and act like everything is fine.

Rates are going to zero fast or they have to turn on the money printers to pay the bond holders with printed money..

if they do that, the bond yields invert further because of dilution of the money supply. They’re fucked either way, but make no mistake about it, rates are going to zero.

Meh, Its just an emulsifier. Its hard to make some foods stick together without diluting them with things like egg/milk/flour. This is a solution that some people dont like. I disagree. I dont eat tons of chocolate anyway so its not on my radar at all.
