Back when the first “who is Satoshi?” Hype was ripe, I sat down to do my own research. Long story short I identified 2 individuals with solid background in cryptography who were very active just before and during the time Satoshi was active. Both taught at a Japanese university but had native level English abilities. Much evidence pointed to their involvement.

I scrapped all the research because even if it was the two of them, it would not serve anyone to reveal it.

Chances are it wasn’t them, but it was fun looking at some alternative suspects that no one ever mentions.

It is, but I'm talking about the evil of the pursuit of the identity itself. Proof of identity wouldn't change anything about bitcoin but it could have dire consequences for Satoshi's family.

I am sure that someone has already stated this, because I can't be the first to come up with this realization. But Nostr is literally POW. It isn't as easy to sign up as X, FB, or any of the other nonsense. You have to do the work in order to get on here. You have to do the work to figure out HOW IT WORKS.
