You're welcome!
#selfrealization
Quentin, you are really free, you are freedom, and your true journey in life is to realize you are That freedom.
And then wherever you are, you'll be in your place of peace, you'll be at home, everywhere.
I grew up in a neighbourhood in Toronto. We lived three houses from the Connie Smyth family. My mom and aunt went to school with their kids.
I saw Frank Mahovlich, Carl Brewer, and Bobby Hull play as juniors.
The family has had seasons tickets in Toronto since the '50s. I'm not sure anyone can afford to go, though.
Never saw Howe play in person.
I think my all time favorite is Orr. Don't remember seeing him play either. My uncle knew his family.
Moved to Vancouver as a kid in' 58, played hockey with a guy who at the time was the stickboy from age 10 with the WHL Canucks, and is still with the team.
I skated up until a few years ago, but got tired of skating round and round.
. . . in case you didn't know
#TimHorton is considered to be one of the 100 best hockey players to have played in the National Hockey League.
He was a gentle giant of a man.
As a kid I saw him play, and remember the day hearing on the radio that he had been killed in a car crash.

I got my intotheLight@nostrverse.net registered, Athoi, thanks to your redirect to Quentin, and his manual registration.
Thanks again.
. . . ebb and flow

#Bitcoin is a stream of abundance.
#Freedom comes from playing and splashing and tapping into the unbounded source of creativity. Comes by discovering and creating what is uniquely yours to contribute to life.
Dance. Love. Create.
Bitcoin adoption refers to the widespread use and recognition of Bitcoin as a monetary asset with a strictly limited supply. Here are some ways to implement Bitcoin adoption:
1. Recognize Bitcoin's role as the world's best hard-money asset.
2. Increase the number of businesses that accept Bitcoin as a payment method.
3. Establish Bitcoin as an intermediary device to improve regular financial transactions.
4. Set up transactions which originate as Bitcoin and are later converted to currency.
5. Offer to pay for goods and services directly in Bitcoin and convince merchants to keep a portion of it.
My pleasure, Athoi. ππ
When we find time to turn our attention inward, to allow the mind to settle, to open to pure awareness, we begin to cultivate inner and outer purity.
As our physiology, our nervous system, the machinery of perception, becomes more flexible, more fluid, the impressions left from our daily experience are released rather than held. Like a stick moving through water, or the air, rather than being etched in stone.
Our experiences become deeper, more fulfilling as nature begins to support our desires more and more. Because they are more in tune with the laws of nature.
In a simple, natural, effortless way we experience all things anew each moment of our life.
So happy to have met you Athoi, in the #Nostr neighbourhood., β¨ππ»
Perplexity.ai is a good brainstorming tool.
One way to expand the use of Bitcoin in the world of #MLB baseball is to partner with crypto betting sites.
These sites allow users to bet on MLB games using Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Another way is to explore the use of blockchain-based tokens for fan interaction.
This could potentially allow fans to use Bitcoin to purchase tickets, merchandise, and other items related to their favorite teams.
Additionally, MLB could partner with crypto exchanges to allow fans to purchase tickets and merchandise using Bitcoin.
Well all the #MLB umps wore #FTX badges last season. That didn't work out so well.
Yes, I have been using SimpleX for quite a while now.
Oh no, I didnβt have any problem registering with #nostrcheck. I went to the nostrcheck.me website and registered with a username, password and my public key. They actually offer five domains and I chose the nostrverse one and made a verified address. I can't understand what your issue might be. But you can always ask question using the #nostrcheck hashtag or directly ask nostr:npub138s5hey76qrnm2pmv7p8nnffhfddsm8sqzm285dyc0wy4f8a6qkqtzx624 about it, maybe!
Good luck, Mike! π
Thanks again Athoi. I've contacted Quentin about it.
Thanks Athoi. I've contacted a friend in Dominica to connect with using the app.
Have you used it?
Did you have any problem registering with nostrverse.net? I like that name, but keep getting a message thinking I might be a bot when trying to register.
Hmm. I'm not a bot, am I.
1. #Nostr is like a secret club where you can talk to your friends without anyone else listening in.
2. #Nostr is like a post office that doesn't read your mail or keep a copy of it.
3. #Nostr is like a phone call that can't be tapped by the government or anyone else.
4. #Nostr is like a virtual handshake that lets you know you're talking to the person you think you are.
5. #Nostr is like a secret code that only you and your friends can understand.
I told her someone gave me 500 satoshis for a story. She was impressed. How much is that, she asked. I told her about 25 cents and I was very happy about that. The best 25 cents.
One of the things Paul taught me as a young man was to not expect. To approach all things anew. Wish you so much love and peace! π
I live in Vancouver, Canada. Have you been?
In the world of #Bitcoin, patience is the canvas, strategy the brush, and profit the masterpiece.
That building is a temple from a local monastery here in Jashore, Bangladesh.
Thank you so much, dear nostr:npub19jctn3qfcc8d2nmmhecpvclgdrazalcjddeunhfsy2qyh33j7zdsuf5nfh, for the music youβve shared with me! I'm actually listening to it as I'm writing. I've never heard of any Paul Horn music before. Definitely going to go through the whole album! Such a meditating experience! Acknowledge my gratitude for everything youβve shared with me so far. May be this is what they mean when they talk about the openness and diversity in communications, experiences and exchanges in this internet space, #Nostr. πππ
(Boosting it here again for everyone to listen!)
You're very welcome Athoi.
Paul is considered the father of new age music. He was a jazz musician and played with everyone from the great Duke Ellington to the Beatles, where he met up with in an ashram in Rishikesh in 1967. He also taught meditation as did I back in the '70s. That's how we met and became friends. He was a mentor to me. You are such a beautiful young woman. The world is in good hands.
All the best to you.
Mike
Thank you.
The Upanishads reflect Totality. Wholeness. Fulfillment. 'You are That' is the essence of the Upanishads.
. . . and dear Athoi, you are That. β¨
My wife is Japanese. She's heading over there next week to visit family and friends and take a shiatsu course. I was an English tutor for 20 years.
