Very active and inspired in the kitchen today 😎 Finally back...! I missed being active and full of energy!

I've had pretty low energy for the past two weeks. First a cold, then I was in my moon and yesterday I was in bed all day with a terrible headache.

So today I started my day with tea, walked the dog and then juiced carrots, beets, ginger, turmeric and lime.

The pulp of that, mixed with seeds and spices, is now drying in the sun for crackers.

Then I made a mix of walnuts, seeds, carrots, yellow zucchini and spices and formed burgers out of it. Also drying in the sun.

Now I'm enjoying some melon with almond butter.

Figured it's a 2 part addiction. Chemical, nicotine obviously, and physical, hand to mouth muscle memory.

If you beat the hand to mouth muscle memory, you can just start lowering nicotine amount until you don't crave it anymore. 🤙💜

Traded hitting my vape for taking sips of water, and it's working.

Trump is a CRYPTO president who is pandering to bitcoiners for the votes. And he only cares about crypto because there's fiat to be scammed. He could care less about sound money and financial sovereignty. I think he does want to see America succeed financially so there's hope there but he doesn't truly understand bitcoin. He's only into crypto for the fiat gainz.

I hope I'm wrong but I doubt it.
