There was *ZERO* representation of crypto ads during the Super Bowl this year -a stark contrast from the year before.
Even the crypto companies themselves acknowledge they have no business advertising.
People have personally lost billions upon billions of dollars of their life savings and investments in less than a year with crypto companies .

As an aside, precedent has long been established on how the US gov’t views crypto’s “pump & dump” industry.
The SEC has fined countless celebrities for failing to disclose that they were paid for the sole purpose of promoting crypto. They were all clueless regarding the imminent rug pulls.
I forgot all about the EthereumMAX’s massive “EMAX Token” rug pull.
As of now, currently stemming from the recent FTX collapse a few cases are being heard to hold celebrities who outright endorse & promote crypto companies fully accountable for losses.
This is interesting to me. I’m watching these cases closely. The rulings in these matters would set a whole new precedent going forward.
