We were in court two weeks ago in Australia's Federal Court against Meta and Google fighting interlocutory motions. We have already established a prima facie case and a judgement determining a public interest in the case.

Australian courts have no jurisdiction over Americans or American incorporations, so the disease is very well contained. And yes, Australian courts can and have heard cases from world wide plaintiffs for infringements of Australian law.
