I suspect that the ridiculous rules will continue to escalate as the govt debt problems grow. When BTC pumps Liz Warren will probably promote some anti-BTC "crypto windfall" tax rule or some other dumb shit. Maybe push through more desperate ideas like taxing unrealized gains.
Their online instructions were good, and I had corresponded with their support folks on Telegram a few times. They were helpful. Biggest challenge was getting satellite dish to be correctly pointed and aligned at satellite. Took a bit of trial and error, patience and very small incremental movements of the dish. Neighbors started asking what the dish was for. Snarky answers were always provided....communicating with my home planet, direct link to Epstein Island, porn satellite, etc.

Nope, and you still can't do immediate transfers of fiat onto your Fold card from your bank (they've been saying "coming soon" for a long time). Takes like 5 days for my fiat transfer to show up on my card. Annoying as hell. Strike can move fiat from my bank account instantly. Not sure why Fold can't/won't. To me this makes it almost unusable as I'm not going to keep a few weeks worth of fiat on that card. I'm also about to stop using it.
Ran a satellite node for a while a year or two ago, frankly just for the challenge/learning of setting it up. Didn't transmit but had the node running for about 6 months.
