If you go to github.com/unclebob/more-speech you'll find it there. The wiki has a getting started page (https://github.com/unclebob/more-speech/wiki/getting_started) that describes how to run it. You've got two choices. Dowload the source and compile it, or download a jar file and just run it. The jar file is a few pushes behind the source. I usually update it once every couple of weeks.

more-speech is kind of like an email client, and kind of like a news reader. It does not follow the twitter/facebook model.

Did a little work on more-speech and then hopped in The Countess to practice power off landings. Now I’m getting my car appraised because it’s time for a new one. Then it’ll be a bike ride with my wife. And at some point I need to get my hair cut.

Arhythmia is an issue you should pay attention to. See a cardiologist.

Three years ago I started having irregularities. It turned out to be atrial fibrilation. Sounds serious, but it's pretty common in folks my age (70). The doc gave me a pill to take when it starts; and that generally stops it in an hour or so. And then, it all just went away. I haven't had a bout in 18 months or more.

In the mean time I have still been legally flying my plane. My doc says it's safe.

I notice that table salt is missing from that diagram. Indeed, Chlorine appears to be a noble gas. Hmmmm.

Emulation implies success not failure. People are creating twitter alternatives because they see the model as being lucrative.

>From what it seems, everybody is trying to create a Twitter alternative. Is Twitter really looking at its downfall?

I'm using XTDB in more-speech. It's a very pleasant database that does not use SQL.

Man! I just deleted a crap ton of terrible code out of more-speech. All that horrible tree-node crud I had in there fore threading... Gone!

I feel clean and fresh like a spring day.

Imagine that you had an unbounded amount of persistent RAM. How would you access the data within it? SQL?

Stored procedures are fine so long as they are:

1. precompiled.

2. Do not contain business rules.
