Nothing groundbreaking when it comes to Privacy with Nostr, really. I mean, still gotta use Tor or some VPN. Similar to 'mega instances' in the Fediverse, 3-4 Mega Relays control the network - at least that's how it stands at the moment.

Nostr has its own 'celebs' like the Fediverse and I couldn't care less about they think. And 80% of the time, it's the same faces/people - for both Fedi and Nostr.
