Slept in the upper level of this tiny home and was cozy... even got hot and took one of the comforters off at some point in the middle of the night and turned the heat off. Though, I think would have been cold downstairs. Not sure they built this thing right, the floors are freezing and seems like cold is blowing in from places at feet level.
Arrived after dark last night... so this morning I get to see there's a creek running through the property. Not minding my view at all.
Appears to be no blender here (probably in the main house), so it's a make shift bullet proof coffee for me today (basically me mixing in a mason jar with lid my butter and coffee, like a bartender:)).

what I know is my fridge has three things in it for the most part... grass fed meat, eggs and butter. Sometimes a goat dairy product might make it in... ok ok coffee too, ugh...
Being nourished is always #1 priority which sometimes means fasting but not when I am in life transition and somewhat nomadic.
I literally just arrived at a friends ranch in the mountains outside San Diego for 3 days and made sure I stocked up the fridge in the tiny home I'm staying at with what will ensure I am nourished. so glad I did cos it's freaking 🥶 cold up here.
Not being healthy is NOT an option for me.
Big Ag, Big Food, Big Pharma it's a sad story a sick cycle and terrible enslavement trap and I hope and pray something miraculous happens soon resetting and recalibrating this whole delusional system and death culture, back to the truth of and regeneration of the living soil. Humanity is sick and it does suck cos it does indeed take a fucking effort to try and do your best and be healthy.
