During the login process you can just skip the step, if you are already logged in, just go to the relays section on the left drawer and desactive them, they are specifically listed at the bottom.

Now users can search for events by using their public key. Additionally any note with the input in their content will be also displayed. If the user starts the input with @ a list of users will be displayed.

This Search is queried in Nostros' local DB so users can find any kind of old notes as long have been seen by the app at least once.
