I'm having trouble getting up and running with boltz. RTL gives me an error when trying to make a swap like it get's html instead of json. (error 500 got < instead of json)

This works for me.
RTL is for connecting to a Lightning node LND or CLN.
My AlbyHub and extension are flakey. It was working at one point in time but after Alby removed the self-custody wallet on 1/3 it broke. Then started working again on 1/25 after the extension was upgraded and now is on the blink again. Might just setup CoinOs as my zap wallet.
If wallet is non-custodial, then one should be fine. But I bet most will get sucked into using their other software. Why not just go with Sparrow wallet?

I'd think twice before using Proton software. They froze my account about a year ago for no apparent reason. The account did get re-enable after a lot of back and forth.
Anyway bottom line. Avoid any centralized service or software that has ability to lock you out.
BTCPay server has supported lightning for quite awhile. Not sure what feature you think it is missing.

For 21 sats, it can be downloaded from my BTCPAY Point of Sale app. If your interested in doing the same, the 'File Seller' plugin needs to be installed. This seems to be working without any issues.

Almost fully recovered from losing my job over the COVID JAB mandate. Been running a full node (Tor only) for next to ever and have a BTCPay/LND instance running in the cloud for about 2 years now.
Thinking about taking the plunge and doing lotto bitcoin mining.
I always support our local farmers and businesses first and only in a forced instance do I use the corporate shit heads.
