@NostReport | Physician | Bitcoiner | #plebchain | #docchain Think about it, do it.

Who’s got that chart of bitcoin versus every other cryptocurrency? My buddy just asked if I’ve heard of ripple 🤦‍♂️

Great day for me and my fellow retards who YOLO’d their retirement accounts at the top.

She happens to drive by a billboard with the debt clock every day to work 😂 Numbers that big just don’t make any fucking sense. But she gets it. She supports my addiction to stacking.

😂 just showed this to my wife and she’s in disbelief. Finally starting to understand why I’ve been obsessing over bitcoin for years.

What an amazing day! I sold one of my pigs to an old Ukrainian butcher. With the understanding that he would process the pig at my place. I learned so much. WARNING BUTCHERING PICTURES!

The kill shot was the normal headshot with a .22, but instead of cutting the throat he pulled out a boot knife and stabbed it in the heart. Spot on, the first try, blood pumping straight out of the single wound.

Then he placed the dispatched pig on a piece of metal roof, everything from here on out was “clean.”

He used a weed torch to burn the hair off, used a homemade tool to perforate the skin and continued to torch until the holes began to bubble.

At this point he began alternating pouring water on the pig and tourching until the skin started to crack.

At that point they used scrub brushes to remove the “tar.”

Next he rolled the animal on its back and made cuts from its throat to the groin and took off a beautiful piece of fatty meat.

He separated the intestinal sack by hand and pulled the whole thing out in one piece.

Oh! Because he stabbed it in the heart, there was no blood except for in the thoracic cavity. Which was scooped out with an old coffee mug. It was very important to wash the animal several times during the scorching process and no blood was allowed to touch the meat.

I had to leave before they broke the animal down the rest of the way. Basically it was freezer ready by the time they left.

The best part was that I got to try “salo.” Salted, raw pig fat. They called it “Ukrainian sashimi.” Firm texture, a little chewy with a hint of smoke from the scorching process.

I’m so grateful that I get to live this life, meet people like this and learn new things.

Was that the pork belly on the table? 🤤

Thank you buddy! It’s honestly not work at all, it’s the most fun I’ve had in years.

This is 14 year-old Christian who has a Tessier cleft which involves the mouth, cheeks, the eyes, ears and forehead and can continue into the hairline. Christian was treated by #FacesOfTomorrow, in 2019 and today three of our talented surgeons continue his care. This was a very complicated case and lasted about 8 hours. Christian did great and is in recovery now!

I thought I hated practicing medicine. I just hated practicing fiat medicine.

So grateful to be part of this team, especially my wife who’s making sure I don’t get into trouble (I don’t often do peds anesthesia). This is my first medical mission and it’s an absolute gift for me to be able to work with these kids. Check out some of the work we did earlier this week. #FacesOfTomorrow

I’m not asking for donations but you guys zapped the hell out of my last few posts. Any zaps to my account will be forwarded to the org of course, and if you want to check out our work or donate yourself then here is the IG page.

Happy Valentine’s Day from Tagbilaran City 🇵🇭

I had another incredible day with #FacesOfTomorrow - our team did 10 complex cleft lip and palate repairs on kids aged 1 to 22. Left for the hospital around 645 and got back to our hotel around 7pm.

This experience has been so fucking refreshing. I’m realizing how burnt out I was practicing in the US. Here I’m getting to practice pure medicine without any of the red tape and bullshit I’m used to. Even though our resources are extremely limited, we’re practicing at a level that rivals care in many US hospitals. And, it’s the most fun I’ve had in years working with these dedicated docs and nurses on the team. I don’t normally do pediatrics, so getting to work with kids again has been a blast. I told my wife today I might go back and do a peds anesthesia fellowship. She wasn’t thrilled 😂

Plus, the cherry on top this trip was getting back to my hotel WiFi and realizing bitcoin hit $50k. Maybe one day I’ll be able to do more mission work than fiat mining. 🎉

No, I’m actually a cardiac anesthesiologist. I’m a little out of my element here because this this a pediatric mission, but my wife is a peds anesthesiologist and she’s keeping me in line. We have an awesome team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses,

admins, and a speech therapist. I’ll ask some of the surgeons if they know him. What’s your connection?

Patients pay nothing. I pay with vacation time and a donation to the organization 🤙

I realized as soon as I hit post that it wasn’t right.

Yea, note even comfortable sharing a meme template after reading some of those leaked texts 😳
