Subnostr

I gave up Twitter in 2015, it was a cesspool even back then. I moved onto Fedi and never looked back.

I thought I'd hop on Nostr and see what all the fuss is about, and try and figure out the technology.

Twitter is especially f'ed up now with incentives to engagement farm and basically all blue checks.

I was never really on mastodon but the best argument I've heard for nostr over mastodon is that nostr has like 20x the developers working on it.

I believe that Nostr is the future of the internet as we know it.

I'm to the point where my social media usage is probably 5% Twitter / 95% nostr.

When I scroll my "following" feed on Twitter it makes me a little depressed to see so many accounts that I loved and respected have the blue check and are rarely / never on nostr.

It's OK though, I'll be here ready for them when the day comes. I'm never going back.

We are nearly at the point that if something interesting is posted on a centralized social platform it will usually be posted by someone to nostr.

We are nearly at the point that if something interesting is posted exclusively to nostr it is cross posted by someone to various centralized social platforms.

We are nearly at the point that you can recommend a cross platform app that users can install and easily onboard without additional guides or resources.

As companies continue to build walls around their centralized platforms nostr posts will be the easiest to cross reference and verify - as companies continue to censor their users nostr is the best censorship resistant alternative - gradually then suddenly nostr will become the standard. 🫡

Hey bud I was looking into this myself. The official story raised some red flags to me. That made me think of DEWs.

When using tech like this it will always create what looks like really thick smoke plumes do to molecular separation. The fires are a secondary effect of these weapons.

The 2 things that caught my eye was the vegetation in some pics wasn’t burned yet everything around it was devastated. Second was the amount of cars were destroyed but didn’t have any outward damage from a fuel tank rupture which is common when cars burn that badly.

There are many other things that would suggest this is intentional but I havent gotten enough solid evidence just yet.
